Dr. DeSelms is a Board-certified General Surgeon who joined Cameron Regional Medical Center Active Medical Staff in 2004. He is a Lt. Colonel and Chief of Medical Services in the U.S. Air Force, having completed tours in Iraq & Afghanistan. Dr. Barton’s subspecialties include Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, & Aerospace Medicine.
